Job descriptionAssist attorneys in preparing and filing corporate documents. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information. Maintain corporate records and manage databases. Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders. Assist with contract lifecycle management Support compliance and regulatory filings Coordinate with internal departments Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field. Paralegal certification is a plus. Experience as an in-house Paralegal working with the Legal department in a corporate setting Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience drafting, reviewing, and proofreading contracts Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
LHH is seeking an Interim Corporate Paralegal that will assist the legal department for a national corporation with contract management, compliance tracking, and corporate filings on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with an in-house legal department for a corporation (i.e. e-commerce, tech, investment).
Benefits
- Pay ranges from $30.00 - $55.00 per hour DOE
- Medical, Dental, Life, Disability benefits available after working certain amount of hours
