As an Item Master Administrator, you'll be a critical pillar of the Firefly Supply Chain Team. Step up, contribute meaningfully, and shape the future with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Supply Chain efforts with Production and R & D teams.
• Add new Item Masters, update existing data, and maintain accurate information in the item master database
• Ensure all item data elements are accurately recorded, including part descriptions, supplier information, technical specifications, etc.
• Audit, correct, and implement corrective action as needed for item master database.
• Interface with stakeholders in R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials & Processes, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments as needed.
• Troubleshoot item data issues as needed.
• Follow Corporate Procurement Practices and Procedures when creating, modifying, and maintaining item master data.
• Assist with a wide array of additional functions as necessary within a rapid growth R&D environment.
• Review business aspects of item master change requests and provide appropriate supply chain feedback.
• Help develop processes for data management that leverage Firefly Policies and Best Practices.
