Insurance Supermarket International US seeks licensed and experienced Life Insurance Advisors to join our team in a W2 remote full-time position anywhere in the USA. Work from the comfort of your home and help Americans obtain life insurance coverage using our qualified inbound client calls.

Compensation and Benefits

Potential Earnings : $40,000 to more than $160,000 (Base Salary from $40K plus the opportunity for lucrative six-figure bonus). Reviews of Base Salary : Quarterly reviews with potential for increase. Benefits : Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Work From Home.

Key Details and Schedule

This is a W2 remote full-time position. Available for one of these shifts :

• 1st Shift : EST 9 AM-6 PM (Monday to Friday)
• 2nd Shift : EST 11 AM-8 PM (Monday to Thursday) and EST 9 AM-6 PM (Friday)

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming sales call opportunities (live transfers) and utilize sales systems to close deals. Maintain high daily productivity metrics (e.g., 88%+ productive time, 75%+ conversation time, average of 10 live transfers daily) and meet all Minimum Sales Floor Requirements. Present products and document all client information with clarity and full compliance of all life insurance guidelines, state regulations, and ethical standards. Be responsive to all company communications (e.g., email, Slack) and sales assistance. Participate actively in ongoing individual and group coaching / development sessions. Available to work all assigned shifts in full.

Technical and Equipment Requirements

Computer : Must possess a computer with minimum specifications : 4k CPU benchmark, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 / 11. Internet : High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Equipment : Additional monitor and headphones (headset). Workspace : A dedicated home workspace free of distractions (use of webcam required for meetings). Skills Test : Note that a Basic Skills Test (basic computer applications and technology) will also be conducted during the interview process.
