As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of the sales department supporting business development and customer service initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for aerospace, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support business development efforts by engaging with potential clients and exploring new opportunities.
• Manage customer order fulfillment, including quotations, order review, and order entry.
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering product information and support.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management to drive success.
