Sr. AR Specialist

Focus Search LLS is recruiting for a Sr. Billing Specialist for a rapidly growing SaaS company in the DC area. This role will manage and optimize the billing and collections operations. This role is full-time (5 days / week) with very flexible scheduling and offers strong long-term growth potential. You will oversee end-to-end billing processes, including invoice generation, batching, and month-end review, support and enhance automation across billing , collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operations teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of billing and collections experience
• Experience working in a SaaS environment highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and process-improvement mindset
• NetSuite experience a plus
• Strong Excel skills required

Compensation $80-100k salary
