As Strategic Sales Manager for Roskam Foods' Custom Blend Ingredients (CBI) business unit, you will be a high-performing, results-driven leader focused on delivering annual profitable sales growth. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll leverage our technical and R&D strengths to drive new business and expand partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants to be financially rewarded for results.

Key Essential Functions / Duties :

• Drive Annual Growth : Execute strategies to deliver profitable sales growth and exceed budget targets.
• Target and Attract Key Customers : Focus on accounts that value R&D, technical expertise, and adaptability.
• Build Partnerships and Pipeline : Develop long-term relationships through facility tours, product demos, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with R&D, procurement, quality, finance, and operations to tailor proposals and deliver innovative solutions.
• Track Performance : Monitor pipeline health, customer retention, and revenue growth.
• Scout Trends : Stay ahead of market shifts (e.g., clean-label, precision wellness) and leverage insights from industry events like IBIE.
