Trust and Estates Attorney

LHH is in partnership with a Boston-based law firm and seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to assist their team on a contract basis.

This position can be primarily remote with occasional meetings on-site.

Responsibilities :

• Provide advice on all aspects of estate planning and administration
• Draft legal documents including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives
• Consult with clients on tax planning
• Manage the estate administration process

Requirements :

The anticipated pay rate for this position is between $75 and $85 per hour, depending on experience.
