Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, starting mid to late August. This role is based at a middle school in Adelanto, CA, offering an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse caseload spanning kindergarten through eighth grade.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders. Collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals is essential to support each student's communication needs within the school environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive in developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations.

Qualifications :

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Hold or be eligible for a School Speech-Language Pathologist credential
• Experience working with K-8 students preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while providing high-quality therapy services
