Job Summary :
The IT Change Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing changes within the IT environment. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure changes are implemented effectively and efficiently, minimizing disruption to services. The Change Manager will prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, troubleshoot technical issues, and work with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities :
- Prepare clear, concise reports, presentations, and correspondence related to IT changes.
- Connect with relevant digital services in the County.
- Administer departmental policy and procedures related to change management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to change implementation.
- Exercise sound independent judgment within established procedural guidelines.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Plan, direct, and review the work of others on a project or day-to-day basis.
- Instruct others in work procedures related to change management.
- Collect and analyze program data, assess trends, interpret results, and prepare reports to guide decision-making and program improvements.
- Analyze problems, identify solutions, and take appropriate action.
- Lead trainings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work well in team settings.
- Represent the County at external engagement events as needed.
Required Skills & Certifications :
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong communication skills in both oral and written formats in English.Experience with Microsoft Office Products.A minimum of four (4) years in the Information Technology Field.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.Preferred Skills & Certifications :
