About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about driving strategic initiatives to successful outcomes. You will lead complex, high-impact projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Own project planning, execution, and delivery, including schedule, scope, risk, and issue management.
• Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders, providing clear communication and proactive risk mitigation.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking with precision.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across departments and leadership levels.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members to elevate delivery standards.
• Champion continuous improvement and process optimization across the project lifecycle.
