Men's Grooming Specialist

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and professional men's Barber / Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for men's hair styling, customer service, providing top-notch grooming services in an upscale, old-fashioned barbershop.

• Pay : $50,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits
• 4-day work week, with the option to work more if you desire
• 3 days off every week, including guaranteed 2 days off back to back

Skills Required :

Proficient in men's barbering techniques and cosmetology practices

Strong men's hair styling skills with an eye for detail

Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively

No shaving experience required

Proficiency in using barbershop software for scheduling and client management

Commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment

Commitment to working in a highly productive team environment
