About The Team

Anduril's Design Team is seeking a Brand Designer to join our team. The Design Team leads Anduril's brand identity, visual communication, photography and video, and industrial design. Our purpose is to connect the mission, people, and products to elevate the Anduril brand.

About The Job

As a Brand Designer, you will evolve the visual language of the brand, and create original breakthrough creative for various touch points by iterating on ideas and finding compelling visual solutions. What You'll Do

• Bring Anduril's brand and products to life through distinct, impactful, cutting-edge creative
• Develop creative across print, digital, OOH, web
• Contribute to design inspiration, critiques, and discussions
• Work cross-functionally with comms, design, marketing, and business lines to explore creative opportunities and maximize impact
• Navigate ambiguous and complex topics and arrive at creative solutions by driving an iterative and collaborative process
• This role reports to the Creative Director, Brand Design and is responsible for executing on projects from concept to delivery

Required Qualifications

US Salary Range $114,000 - $171,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
