Job Description
Job Description
Company & Job Overview :
Diality is a medical device company focused on developing solutions to improve lives impacted by kidney disease. Diality offers the Moda-flx Hemodialysis System, a user-friendly, mobile, and connected hemodialysis system designed to maximize clinical flexibility and ease-of-use for both clinical and non-clinical users. The Moda-flx Hemodialysis system combines flow rate capabilities of conventional in-center dialysis devices with a fully integrated reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration system to provide a broad range of prescriptions and meet the needs of any professional dialysis care setting.
Diality is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the medical device or healthcare technology sector. This role combines creativity with precision—developing visuals that not only inspire but also comply with regulatory and brand standards. The ideal candidate understands how to communicate complex clinical or technical information in a clear, compliant, and visually engaging way. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities :
- In collaboration with the Director of Marketing, translate the company’s corporate and product branding strategy into a tactical plan for the development of creative materials to advance the company’s corporate goals.
- Design marketing, educational, and regulatory-compliant materials for print and digital platforms (brochures, trade show displays, product packaging, IFUs, slide decks, infographics, and digital ads).
- Translate technical and clinical content into clear, compelling visuals that support brand strategy and product messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, regulatory, and engineering teams to ensure all materials meet brand, legal, and FDA / ISO requirements.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all customer / patient facing and internal materials.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects under tight timelines, often in support of new product launches or clinical initiatives.
- Prepare artwork files for production, printing, and submission to regulatory teams.
- Contribute creative input to campaigns supporting physician education, patient engagement, and commercial launches.
- Design and create corporate communication, including investor presentation, board update letters and other investor relations materials.
