We are seeking a passionate Front-End engineer to innovate in building Human Machine Interfacing Platforms to join the AIT team within the Amazon Fulfillment Technologies Robotics organization.

We build the software and services that touch every Amazon customer globally and innovate solutions for logistics, supply chain optimization, and transportation. Key responsibilities

• Analyze user challenges and compose a solution with clear software and UX design actions
• Design and build scalable front-end infrastructure using Amazon and AWS tools
• Write automated UI tests
• Instrument software with real user metrics to reflect the customer experience
• Follow best practices for user experience and insist on high standards
• Contribute to estimation and planning of work
• Mentor and educate other engineers on best practices for UX design and front-end infrastructure

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,700 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
