Core Java Developer

Irving, TX (Hybrid / 3 days office & 2 days work from home)

Nature of Contract – Contract opportunity

We are looking for a talented Java / J2EE Developer with hands-on experience in Java and Spring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the finance domain and be adept at building scalable, high-performance applications to support financial systems.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using J2EE and Spring technologies.
Develop interactive front-end components using JavaScript and integrate them with backend systems.
Build and enhance financial systems such as trading platforms, payment processing, or risk management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and systems are optimized.

Requirements :

Expertise in Java / J2EE and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).

Strong proficiency in JavaScript for front-end integration.

Deep understanding of finance domain applications (trading, payments, financial risk, etc.).

Proficient in SQL databases and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).

Familiar with Agile methodologies and version control (Git).

Knowledge of CI / CD, Docker, and microservices.
