Day-to-Day as a Salesforce Developer
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce configurations, integrations, and automations.
- Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems (e.g., custodians, CRM add-ons, financial planning tools).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Ensure best practices for data quality, security, and user access are implemented and enforced.
- Support end-user training and documentation efforts in collaboration with operations and training teams.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate / apply new features as appropriate.

What You Bring as a Salesforce Developer :
Job Type : Full-time, salaried exempt
Location : This position is located at one of our offices in Santa Barbara, Scottsdale, Lisle, or San Diego. This is a Hybrid role (3 days in the office with the option to work from home 2 days).
Salary : $100,000, plus annual bonus paid in quarterly increments
