Salary : $65,000 - $120,000, including salary and commissions

• Qualifications :
• A minimum of 3-5 years of flooring estimating and / or project management experience is required
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong follow-through with clients
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, if needed
• Familiarity with Google Suite and mobile technology usage
• Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend appointments, if needed
• Able to pass a background check
• Clean driving record
• Responsibilities :
• Engage with new leads and establish connections while partnering with contractors
• Measure and price projects accurately
• Assist customers in making selections while adhering to contractor budgets
• Create precise quotes and submit them to the home office for processing
• Coordinate with installers on-site to kick off projects and ensure they succeed
• Manage repairs and warranty-related issues
• Follow up on accounts receivable for your assigned accounts
