What you will do :
- Travel to different locations verifying funds on property
- Cover different roles shifts and locations within a 25-mile radius
- Accurately process race and sports wagers on the POS system and kiosk
- Become familiar with our betting options and be able to strike up conversations with customers regarding those options
- Provide a top-tier level of customer service
- Ensure you adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and government agencies
- Maintain all aspects of our sports betting equipment
- Effectively assist and manage the day-to-day activities and business levels of the sports book : scheduling training and mentoring staff and fostering an environment focused on high performance compliance and family style service
- Be a positive team member and work collaboratively with other team members and your leadership team
- Additional duties as assigned
What you will need :
