Sportsbook Floater Full Time (Las Vegas)

Description

What you will do :

• Travel to different locations verifying funds on property
• Cover different roles shifts and locations within a 25-mile radius
• Accurately process race and sports wagers on the POS system and kiosk
• Become familiar with our betting options and be able to strike up conversations with customers regarding those options
• Provide a top-tier level of customer service
• Ensure you adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and government agencies
• Maintain all aspects of our sports betting equipment
• Effectively assist and manage the day-to-day activities and business levels of the sports book : scheduling training and mentoring staff and fostering an environment focused on high performance compliance and family style service
• Be a positive team member and work collaboratively with other team members and your leadership team
• Additional duties as assigned
