Calling All LPNs! Join the Epworth Villa Team!

Location : Oklahoma City, OK

  • 12-hour shifts; 7AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM
  • Pay : Starting at $24+ / hour for LPNs, based on experience

About the Role

As an LPN at Epworth Villa, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents. Working alongside a dedicated team, you’ll provide leadership, compassion, and expertise to ensure our residents' health and happiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer quality care in accordance with residents’ individualized care plans.
  • Communicate care plans effectively to CNAs, CMAs, and other staff.
  • Respond promptly to resident health changes and notify appropriate personnel, including physicians.
  • Supervise medication administration and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Conduct resident rounds, noting comfort, safety, and care quality.

    • Qualifications

    We’re seeking passionate candidates who meet the following :

  • LPN License : Active in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Experience : At least 2 years of nursing experience, including charge nurse duties.
  • CPR / First Aid Certification : Current certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Physical Ability : Capable of occasionally exerting 50–100 pounds of force.
