Responsibilities :

• Lead New Product Development (NPD) Strategy : Drive upstream marketing efforts from active discovery through planning, including product strategy, roadmap evolution, market opportunity assessments, and inorganic growth evaluations.
• Develop and Execute Strategic Marketing Plans : Create annual and long-term plans aligned with business objectives, ensuring execution and cross-functional alignment.
• Advance US Customer Solutions and Commercial Strategy : Support marketing plans for customer solutions, explore innovative business models (e.g., SaaS, alternative contracting), and contribute to technology release and strategic decision-making.
• Drive Market and Portfolio Insights : Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product and solution strategy, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous improvement across the Medical Device Solutions (MDS) portfolio.
