Transaction Operations Coordinator
Location : Rogers, AR | Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM ( start and end times have some flexibility, feel free to inquire)
We're looking for a detail-driven Transaction Operations Coordinator to support our agents and ensure every listing and transaction runs smoothly from start to finish. This role plays a key part in keeping our real estate operations organized, compliant, and efficient - while helping our agents shine.
What You'll Do
Manage listing entry and updates in multiple MLS systems (AR, MO, OK)
Review real estate contracts and documentation in SkySlope for accuracy and compliance
Support closings by coordinating with title companies, verifying data, and tracking transaction progress
Process agent updates, signage, business cards, and other marketing or branding orders
Provide admin and tech support in systems like SkySlope, DASH, and MLS
Help onboard new agents and deactivate offboarding agents
Maintain accurate records, reports, and checklists for leadership review
Assist with front desk coverage and general office administration as needed
Who You Are
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Skilled in multitasking and keeping processes running efficiently
Familiar with real estate systems and terminology (MLS, contracts, SkySlope, etc.)
A strong communicator who enjoys helping others succeed
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software tools
Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate degree or real estate admin experience preferred
Previous administrative experience in real estate or property management is a plus; Current or former real estate agents are highly encouraged to apply!
