A company is looking for a Sr UX Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop frameworks and systems that scale beyond core experiences
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to create intuitive experiences
Engage in projects that merge digital and physical design through research and customer interaction
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work experience with a strong portfolio
Experience in leading new initiatives and delivering impact in a team environment
Background in companies similar to Uber or Lyft is a plus
Ability to rationalize proposals clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Experience addressing complex problems across multiple audiences
