As a Consulting Member of Technical Staff, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Health applications. Responsibilities

You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing, and debugging of software applications or operating systems. As a Principal engineer on the team, you would be responsible to act as a tech-lead.

• UI Development Leadership : Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance user interfaces for web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Technical Expertise : Act as the go-to expert for UI architecture, design patterns, and best practices, ensuring the delivery of robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Collaboration : Work closely with UX designers, product managers, backend developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• Code Quality and Standards : Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
• Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Innovation : Stay current with emerging UI / UX trends and technologies, and lead initiatives to integrate them into the development process.
• Performance Optimization : Optimize UI components for maximum performance across a range of devices and browsers.
• Tooling and Automation : Define and implement development tools, CI / CD pipelines, and testing frameworks to improve development efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience : 10+ years of professional experience in front-end / UI development, with a strong focus on large-scale, enterprise-level applications.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
