Attorney
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a temporary Trust and Estates Attorney. This opportunity is anticipated to last about two months and is part time.
It is required to be on-site in the New York office on Mondays and Tuesdays. The hours will vary from 10-20 hours per week.
Responsibilities :
- Drafting estate planning documents, estate administration and preparation of estate tax returns
- Estate planning
- Estate administrative tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of large law firm or boutique experience in the area of trusts and estates
- J.D. and licensed in NY, NJ or CT
- Fiduciary income tax experience, preferred
Pay rate is $65-$100 hourly.
