Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation
Prominent firm with a national practice is seeking an Attorney with 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience to join their New York office.
Ideal candidate will have strong academics and have state and federal court experience.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in all phases of commercial litigation (including declaratory judgment and bad faith actions), commercial and contract disputes, employment, directors and officers, and / or real estate and securities actions
- Responsible for written discovery, document productions, depositions
- Draft motions to dismiss, summary judgment and motions in limine, pre-trial filings, trials and appeals
Requirements :
- JD from an ABA-Approved law school
- Experience managing class action matters and the ability to understand financial documents is a plus!
- Proficient with e-discovery platforms
- Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
- NY Bar admission
Base salary range $150,000 - $200,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Bonus + Hybrid
