What You Will Be Doing :

This warehousing supervisory role is accountable for managing a workforce comprised of hourly / represented employees tasked to ensure that LM-Aero Marietta provides timely receiving, stocking, and issuing of materials for the C130, C5, F16, F22, and F35 Production and Global Sustainment programs. They are to ensure that material handling, safety, and quality procedures are adhered to, in addition to the transactional execution required to accurately manage inventory. They will ensure projects are completed on schedule, following established processes, by assigning work and assessing performance.

Basic Qualifications :

• Demonstrated experience in Inventory Management and Requirements Planning
• Working knowledge of Production Control Processes
• SAP experience, specifically in the areas of Material Resource Planning (MRP) and warehouse management
• Experienced leadership professional

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
