Job description

Monday.com Expert (Contract)

Location : Apopka, FL 32703 (100% Onsite)

Type : Ongoing Contract

Rate : DOE (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled Monday.com Expert to join our team as a contractor in Apopka, FL. This role requires an advanced user with 5+ years of hands-on experience building and managing complex workflows, automations, and integrations within Monday.com. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across all departments, translating business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain complex automations within Monday.com.
  • Leverage advanced plugins such as Formula PRO Automations.
  • Configure and manage linked items, subitems, mirrored columns, and cross-board connections.
  • Develop database models that balance mirroring, dropdown lists, and structured workflows.
  • Collaborate with non-technical teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide ongoing optimization and troubleshooting of Monday.com workflows.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional Monday.com experience (required).
  • Strong knowledge of advanced automations, plugins, and integrations.
  • Experience designing workflows across multiple boards and workspaces.
  • Ability to translate non-technical requirements into scalable Monday.com solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
