Description

We're supporting a high-impact managed services project with a well-known technology company based in the Redmond, WA area. This role will focus on backend lab and infrastructure support-ensuring smooth, secure, and automated systems for internal teams working in a fast-paced development environment.

Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain Azure IaaS environments, including virtual machine provisioning, storage solutions, networking, and policy management.

Administer and optimize Windows Server systems, handling tasks such as patching, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Develop and implement PowerShell scripts to automate onboarding processes, alerts, remediations, and other operational tasks.

Configure and monitor Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, creating custom dashboards and proactive alerting mechanisms.

Oversee Endpoint Manager and Intune for device configuration, policy enforcement, and overall management.

Manage Azure Active Directory and Entra ID, including conditional access and identity governance.

Provide advanced troubleshooting and incident response support, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.

Collaborate on improving infrastructure automation and support processes to enhance system reliability.

Support lab or dev / test environments, ensuring seamless functionality and proactive maintenance.

Requirements

• Azure IaaS : Service migrations to cloud, imaging / backup solutions, logic apps / functions, storage migrations, modern auth solutions
• Automation Solutions : Email workflows, patching / imaging solutions, monitoring / alerting solutions
• Scripting / App Development : Automation for onboarding, alerts, remediations, and more using PowerShell and .Net / C#
• KQL / Azure Monitor / Log Analytics : Custom dashboards, alerting, proactive monitoring
• Project Management : Project scoping, team escalation point, oversight of inflight projects
• Service Management : New service onboarding, ADO API optimizations, Power Platform development
