Job descriptionPerform a variety of aesthetic surgical procedures, including : Rhinoplasty Face lifts Eyelid surgery Breast procedures (augmentation, lift, reduction) Body contouring (e.g., liposuction, abdominoplasty) Conduct thorough consultations, pre-op assessments, and post-op care Ensure surgical suite readiness and collaborate with clinical staff to deliver high-quality care Participate in clinical development, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Plastic Surgery Active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain) Minimum 3 years of experience performing cosmetic procedures Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in aesthetic care Competitive base salary + commission on surgical revenue Annual CME stipend ($5,000 including travel and lodging) Paid licensure and board fees 4 weeks PTO + 5 CME days + recognized holidays Employer-sponsored 401(k) Relocation assistance available Company-paid life insurance and employee assistance program Professional development and advancement opportunities

Compensation : $250,000$500,000 base salary + commission
A nationally recognized and highly respected aesthetic surgery practice is seeking a board-certified Plastic Surgeon to join its expanding team.
This is a full-time surgical opportunity within a multi-site organization offering a broad spectrum of cosmetic procedures in a supportive, high-performance environment.
