Responsibilities

• Design and plan improvements to electric distribution systems.
• Analyze system performance to ensure safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Answer technical questions and explain service requirements to members / customers.
• Support construction projects from design through completion.
• Monitor and manage smart metering (AMI) and outage management systems (OMS).
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain engineering and construction standards.
