Director of Business Development

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development, Federal Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale Federal Business Development, Federal Solutions Engineering, and Federal Customer Support teams to enable U.S. Government missions

Develop and execute capture strategies for strategic opportunities across the DoD, Intelligence Community, and Civil agencies

Direct solutions engineering efforts to translate national security requirements into integrated space-quantum architectures

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business development, capture management, or program leadership in national security space, defense, or aerospace sectors

Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing federal teams

Deep understanding of U.S. Government acquisition strategies and mission priorities

Strong knowledge of space systems and remote sensing; SAR experience is highly desirable

Extensive network of senior contacts within the national security space and quantum innovation ecosystems
