Associate Account Director
IQVIA is looking for a results-driven Associate Account Director to sell end-to-end Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA) solutions, services, and technology platforms to leading pharmaceutical, biopharma, medical device companies, and CROs. Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle, daily proactive prospecting, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets. The portfolio includes IQVIA and exclusive Partner-owned Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), COA Licensing Brokerage services, Linguistic Validation and Clinical Translation services, data analytics & reporting services, and technology platforms for clinical trials and real-world evidence.
Requirements include 5+ years in tech / software sales (Life Sciences a plus), a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, strong communication, organizational, and consultative skills, a bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field, and demonstrated success with process-approached selling.
