Marketing Operations Specialist

What You'll Do :
Support and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, paid, and organic channels
Manage and update website content and structure using WordPress
Help implement SEO best practices and run regular site audits
Launch and manage A / B tests and support conversion rate optimization efforts
Collaborate on the creation of landing pages, forms, and tracking strategies
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to surface actionable insights
Troubleshoot technical issues in marketing platforms and implement fixes
Assist with audience segmentation and targeting strategies
Contribute to social media planning, scheduling, and performance reporting
Partner with design, development, and demand gen teams to bring campaigns to life
Stay up-to-date on marketing technology trends and recommend improvements
What You Bring to the Table :
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels : email, paid media, SEO, social
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Working knowledge of WordPress for publishing blogs, pages, and updates
Familiarity with A / B testing, conversion tracking, and performance optimization
Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Looker Studio
Ability to turn data into insights and recommendations
Proficiency with marketing tech platforms (CRMs, ESPs, automation tools)
Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and improve processes
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
2-4 years of experience in a digital marketing or marketing operations role preferred
