Customer Pricing Support

Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. Customer Pricing Support is responsible for proactive research, customer and supplier inquiries, and dispute resolution all with a concentration on customer pricing, acting as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders. Services multiple customer accounts and / or processes in a fast-paced and highly analytical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a queue of submitted pricing discrepancy requests
• Works collaboratively to respond to non-standard requests
• Provides support for business transformation activities
• Act as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders
• Leverages knowledge of service level goals when providing customer and supplier support
• Act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues

Qualifications

What Is Expected Of You And Others At This Level

Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks. Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity. Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve. Applies judgment within defined parameters. Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects. Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy.

Anticipated salary range : $57,000-$81,600. Bonus eligible : No.
