Member Care Coordinator

Partners In Care is looking for a dedicated Director of Member Care to oversee the delivery of specialized non-medical care services in our mission-driven organization. This role will allow you to lead efforts that enable seniors to maintain their independence and continue living comfortably in their own homes.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and participate with Warm Houses.
• Prepare and post flyers.
• Document and monitor all earned / used hours.
• Identify leadership volunteers.
• Coordinate with management at independent living organizations as to topics of interest.
• Work with other non-profits and other agencies within the county.
• Advocate for PIC members.
• Identify resources / references for older adults.
• Assist in PIC corporate office when not at an event.
• Fulfill additional administrative duties as assigned.
• Responsible for presenting PIC’s culture of engaging members and empowering them.
