About the Role : Center Coordinator

As a Center Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our programs by managing daily operations, supporting staff and families, and ensuring adherence to all state and organizational standards. Youll serve as a resourceful, approachable leader, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and joy in your center.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to state regulations and organizational policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, families, and children to create a welcoming and supportive community.
• Mentor and support teachers and assistant teachers, fostering professional growth and high-quality educational practices.
• Assist in curriculum implementation and provide guidance to ensure alignment with our E.P.I.C. Curriculum.
• Collaborate with the Director on scheduling, staffing, and center activities.
• Act as a point of contact for parents, addressing questions, concerns, and celebrating successes.
• Ensure the center is clean, safe, and fully equipped to support learning and exploration.
• Support administrative tasks, including documentation, compliance, and reporting.
