Job description
A company is looking for a Director Strategic Dissemination.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to disseminate and translate organizational strategies across complex systems
Collaborate with leaders to create and deliver strategic insights and executive-level communications
Establish processes for tracking dissemination activities and support governance for strategic messaging
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in health systems management, strategic planning, or strategic communications
Experience in cross-functional leadership and program management within complex organizations
Understanding of enterprise strategy formulation and strategic planning frameworks
Familiarity with academic medical health system operations and strategic planning processes
