A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle SaaS implementations, ensuring smooth transitions to ongoing client support
Manage multiple client projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and proactively identifying risks
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and advocating for their needs
Requirements & Qualifications
3 to 5 years' experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or related roles
Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Experience in the education sector is preferred but not required
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
