Implementation Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Implementation to lead a team of Implementation Consultants for strategic customer launches.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants for enterprise customers

Oversee complex onboarding projects, ensuring timely and aligned launches with business goals

Establish best practices and frameworks for strategic implementations while monitoring team performance and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Program Management at a SaaS or marketing technology company

1 - 3 years of experience managing teams delivering to enterprise accounts

Proven success in leading complex SaaS implementations involving integrations and data migrations

Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders

Experience in SMS, Email, or MarTech platforms is preferred
