Accounts Payables Clerk I

The Accounts Payables Clerk I is responsible for accurate and timely invoice verifications, processing payments and billings for claims, and maintaining vendor records. This role involves maintaining vendor relationships and collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient financial operations.

Location : Pearl City, HI

Compensation : $21-$23 / hr

Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices

Reconcile site specific vendor statements and purchase orders, resolving discrepancies as needed

Handle vendor discrepancies and claims, including billing adjustments and credit processing

Allocate expenses to appropriate general leger accounts

Manage vendor payments, ensuring adherence to payment terms and schedules

Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve departmental and organizational objectives

Travel Required : No

Environment : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)

Skills :

Specialized Knowledge : Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with AS400 Software system - preferred but not required.

Special Skills : Data Entry Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Communication Skills, Basic Accounting Skills, Time Management

Experience : 0-2 Years Of Experience in Accounting preferred

Qualifications : High School Diploma - General Studies
