?? Position SummaryWe are seeking a Client Services and Care Operations Manager who is not only organized and proactive, but also influential, strategic, and deeply committed to client success. This role is central to coordinating care services, building strong relationships with families, and helping establish scalable systems to support our growth.
Due to the small company size, this role will require "filling in the gaps" —taking on a variety of responsibilities as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations. Flexibility, initiative, and a collaborative spirit are essential.

ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between clients, families, and caregivers—building trust and rapport.Assist with caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and training.Develop and manage caregiver schedules to meet evolving client needs.Conduct initial assessments and create individualized care plans.Monitor client satisfaction and proactively adjust services.Communicate updates and changes to caregivers promptly and clearly.Maintain accurate documentation in scheduling and care systems.Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards.Occasionally backfill caregiver shifts (preferred but not required).Collaborate with leadership to design and implement procedures that support agency growth.?? QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience in home health care, scheduling, or care coordination.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead.Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow with the company.??
