Clinical Trial Liaison

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Liaison who will support patient recruitment and remote device use within the Remote Patient Monitoring Team.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with RPMP staff to encourage trial recruitment and ensure integration with workflows

Coordinate device shipment and installation

Administer patient questionnaires and provide basic remote tech support for the Heartfelt device

Required Qualifications

Experience in clinical research or participant-facing roles preferred

Strong interpersonal and adaptability skills

Technically confident and able to assist with basic device use and troubleshooting

Medical background or experience in healthcare environments (e.g., MA, EMT, LPN, research coordinator); cardiology experience is a bonus
