Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manages the activities of training sites.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures as well as ensures compliance with these procedures.
• Evaluates activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• May coordinate communication between different functions.
• Manages subordinate employees in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
• Ensures that project / department milestones / goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

Compensation : The annual starting salary range for this position is $140,000- $160,000 annually. Factors which affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
