We are seeking a Construction Logistics Specialist/Manager (CM Technical Specialist) to join our Southern, CA team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reports on a regular basis to update construction activities in the CTA.
  • Reports any potential conflicts that may have planning, operational, schedule or cost impacts.
  • Submits monthly report summarizing progress, utilization, potential impacts and master schedules.
  • Maintains a logistics dashboard, with near-term and long-term logistics information
  • Works actively and collaboratively across TDG.
  • Identifies the need for the development of new procedures, or the refinement of existing
    procedures, and makes recommendations
  • Works collaboratively with team to develop a graphic representation of the project, and its potential impacts to surrounding areas affected by this program.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • .Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning,
    or other related technical field required. (Master's degree preferred, but not required.)
  • Years of experience, preferably on aviation building programs, or similar complex projects.
    0 - 5 years' experience for Junior Level
    5 - 10 years' experience for Mid-Level
    15+ years' experience for Senior Level
  • Good understanding of operations, schedule, forecasting of potential issues, and costs.

Compensation:

$70,720 - $156,000 Annually

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
