Senior Accountant Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in financial processes and is committed to delivering accurate and timely accounting records. As a key contributor to our finance department, you will help ensure compliance with accounting standards and support the organization's financial operations. The salary range will be $70,000 - $80,000 DOE! Responsibilities :

• Manage month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain and update the general ledger, including reviewing and reconciling accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries to support the organization's financial activities.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations to verify balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between bank statements and internal records.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
• Implement and improve accounting procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address accounting-related inquiries and challenges.
