Job descriptionBase : $275K (for working 1656 hours = 36 hours per week x 46 weeks; gives him / her credit for 6 weeks off per year) Bonus Potential : $50K ($12,500 per quarter potential, docs are receiving $6-8500K; on average) Extra Shifts = extra $ $50K sign-on Up to $150,000 Educational Debt Forgiveness (is applicable) paid at time of Practice Commencement Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD & D insurance, malpractice coverage with tail, 403(b) pension plan plus 457(b) tax-deferral option, employee child care center, 4-6 weeks annual paid time off plus one week of CME time, professional expense allowance, and more. Two hospitals, a physician group, a four-year nursing education program, a foundation and a group of medical specialty businesses come together to form this Healthcare System. Physician Services group is a 60+ provider, multi-specialty group affiliated with not-for-profit health system, the largest medical provider serving a 300,000 population region composed of West Central Illinois, Northeast Missouri, and Southeast Iowa. The city of Quincy is located on the limestone bluffs overlooking the Mississippi River, and is renowned for its natural beauty, preservation of its exceptional stock of Victorian Era homes, and its highly developed programs in the arts. It has been cited as one of the 50 top small arts communities in the U.S., and one of the top 100 small cities in which to live. In 2010, Forbes Magazine listed Quincy as the Best Small City in the U.S. to Raise a Family. Crime and unemployment are unusually low while recreational facilities and lifestyle amenities are unusually high. The community also offers excellent public and parochial schools, a 2-year public community college, a 4-year private university, two vocational colleges, fine dining and ample retail opportunities in the historic, downtown shopping district, the Quincy Mall and the larger chain stores occupying space on the eastern edge of the city. Quincy is just two hours from St. Louis, three and a half hours from Kansas City and four hours from Chicago. Quincy s Baldwin Field offers six commuter flights daily to St. Louis and Amtrak provides two round trip passenger trains daily to Chicago.
Urgent Care job opening in Quincy, IL About the Opportunity :
- University town located 2 hours to St Louis; 3 hours to Kansas City; 1.5 hours to Springfield IL
- Full-time, permanent position
- 10 rooms with infusion room
- Lab and Xray on site (no advanced imaging)
- 80-100 patients per day
- Ability to do infusions
- Typically three 12 hour shifts per week (on average).
- Schedule 3-4 months in advance
- Splinting / Suturing
