Working in our kitchen, cooks will have the opportunity to cook both high volume and small scale from scratch recipes. We will work together as a team to put out amazing food and create a delightful customer experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble sandwiches quickly and efficiently

Maintain a sanitary and clean workspace in an open kitchen

Basic knife skills for prepping ingredients

Work all stations throughout the kitchen - prep, line, dish

Use a flat top griddle and fryer

Can keep up in a high volume kitchen and work under time constraints

Flexible and a multitasker - managing and prioritizing tasks and duties

Interact with customers to make sure they have a great experience

Flexible schedule required - day, evening and weekend shifts available

Effectively communicates to ensure a consistent flow of orders

Maintains an optimistic attitude throughout the shift

Embodies a spirit of teaching, assisting, helping and training other team members

Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time and is able to lift up to 50 lbs.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

Part-Time position available

Pay Rate : $18 / hour with regularly scheduled pay increases

Paid time off - after 3 months of employment

Paid training and certification reimbursement

Subsidized Medical, Dental and Vision insurance - for full-time employees and dependents

Up to 3 months Paid Parental Leave - after one year of employment

Shift meals provided to all staff
