In this role, you will :
Be responsible for a complex portfolio of customers
Share leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of accounts
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the portfolio
Review and analyze the decision process for customer accounts
Evaluate the profitability and risk of designated portfolio
Verify compliance and report identified issues for resolution
Present recommendations to resolve and exercise independent judgment
Develop expertise in policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders
Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications :
6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
Dedicated experience supporting complex Treasury Management products and services
Desired Qualifications :
Financial Services Experience
Problem analysis and resolution skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly
Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry
Experience supporting Commercial Banking customers and Northern California Middle Market Banking market
Strong telephone etiquette skills
Job Expectations :
Ability to travel up to 10%
This opportunity offers a hybrid work environment
Hours are 9am-6pm local time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$30.77 - $45.67
