Client Relations Associate
Step into the front lines of client care—and show the world how exceptional service really sounds.
We’re looking for a Client Relations Associate to join our fast-paced, people-first law firm. In this role, you’ll be the first line of defense for our clients—helping them feel heard, informed, and supported from the moment they pick up the phone. Every day brings a new set of stories, personalities, and challenges, so no two days are ever the same.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming client calls with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Resolve client questions and concerns—and when needed, escalate matters to the right team so issues are handled swiftly.
- Encourage and manage client reviews across all major platforms to help showcase the firm’s reputation.
- Support case managers and the team by ensuring every client message, update, or follow-up is completed quickly and efficiently.
- Spot patterns in client feedback or communication trends and share your insights with leadership.
Qualifications :
High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree preferred.A strong communicator who’s confident and caring on the phone.Spanish-speaking required (you’ll be helping clients in both English and Spanish).A team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys solving problems.Someone who wants to make a real impact on how clients experience our firm.Benefits :
