SUMMARY : This position supports the lead advisor with account management and client service needs. As a member of an advisory team, each member works together servicing clients. This will involve assistance in every aspect from introduction with a prospect to onboarding a client to servicing the continuous needs of those clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Deliver exceptional client service through both in-person and phone interactions.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for client review meetings; assist with onboarding and new account setup.
- Provide comprehensive sales and administrative support to Financial Advisors and their clients.
- Handle incoming calls and messages with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
- Monitor and follow up on time-sensitive tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client account records; support Financial Advisors with specialized projects.
- Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Draft and format professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports promptly and accurately.
- Support additional administrative tasks and projects as needed.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university.A minimum of 3 year of relevant professional experience is highly preferred.Experience with AssetMark, eWealthmanager, and Advisor Managed Portfolios (AMP) is highly preferred.Preferred FINRA licenses Series 7 and 66.Computer skills required : Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Order Processing Systems; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); and CRM software.COMPETENCIES :
