• This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for tenants, guests, and vendors during evening hours.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attentiveness, and strong customer service skills while ensuring the property remains secure after regular business hours.  Key Responsibilities  Monitor and manage the flow of tenants, guests, and vendors entering or exiting the building  Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy  Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas to ensure the safety and security of the property  Enforce building access control and visitor management policies  Observe and report activities or incidents to appropriate personnel  Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or unusual situations  Monitor surveillance cameras and maintain accurate security logs  Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of lobby and common areas  Support management and building staff as needed during after-hours operations  Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team  Schedule  Monday – Friday :
